With In-Shield-SDI its pretty easy to get out of it! Simply push lucario away from the edge a tiny bit and then SDI back to the edge. You have to mash pretty hard and its kind of exhausting, but its not really hard to do.
This works with the normal control stick OR with the c-stick (only if it is put on "smash").
