When the announcer calls a name in his deep voice (eg. "Lucario!"), I want to change that example to say "Mewtwo!". Does anyone know how because I saw a video with shadow the hedgehog in it and when he selected it it said "Shadow!".

Sounds like just a file edit. I'm not too sure what format Brawl's sounds are, but I imagine there's programs to convert. :)

I believe you have to find the file that has the sound you wish to replace. Then, you can modify the file by replacing it with brawlbox. I am not positive about this. Also, certain files that cannot be directly replaced using homebrew which you have to use riivolution instead.

Music files can be replaced using homebrew, but something like an announcer's voice would have to use riivolution.
