How to do it:
1) Dash for 3 frames or more (depending on where you want to land the aerial) through a platform which goes diagonally down.
2) Press Z (shield button) for 1 frame.
3) Smash the analog stick down ↓ while still pressing Z.
4) Inmediately do an aerial (a fast one like Nair will work better).
5) Z-cancel the aerial. Lighter characters will be able to immediately move after the attack (no landing lag).
What do you mean by dash through a platform in part one? Do you mean dash across it? Or drop through it with a downward smash motion? And would it be safe to say that steps 2 and 3 are simultaneous if you hold down Z for one frame, but do step 3 during that one frame?

- You need to dash in the direction that's sloping down. This creates enough horizontal speed that lets you do the rest.

- You cannot platform drop while dashing, but you can do it while shielding. And voila, shielding lets you cancel dashing while keeping horizontal momentum. And right after you drop you attack.

- Result? You end up floating and attacking for a split second before landing on the slope again (Hence why you need to do on a downwards slope, so that you can land on it again).

This seems impossible to do on current joysticks. Maybe it's possible with a keyboard...
