How to do item hacks(and other questions)

I need a guide on how to add item hacks.
If there's more involved than simply placing a file in a folder, can somebody please add http://www.mediafire.com/?tbvt8fb9968wk1c?

Thanks in advance.

Also, is there a simple way to just add CSPs and the like, without putting in Common5, or at least not putting all the CSPs of textures I don't have or want on?
All I want is the Mewtwo pics and the Megaman pics.


And I've searched thoroughly, and only found unanswered questions and broken links.
