How to create custom menus?

Hi, new here. I'm currently working on my own custom build of 3.6 and I was just wondering if anyone knows of a way to create custom menus (eg. Main menu, CSS, SSS). I want to make it so that it resembles the Smash 4 menus. Like, what are the files I need to change in Brawlbox

Well, a complete overhaul of a menu is not possible yet, and AFAIK only Theytah knows how to do this and he'll release the method to the public once he finishes his custom menu.

Overhauling the main menu isn't entirely possible. Changing the css and SSS is possible albeit arduous.

Actually is it just possible to revert the SSS back to how the Brawl SSS looked like? Without it causing the game to crash or display empty icons? I'm still kind of a n00b when it comes to PM modding

You need to replace the correct models/textures/animations with brawl's without outright replacing pm's file. They're stored in either the info2, or menu2 (forgot) folder in the selmap file.

I'd be of more assistance but I have no computer currently.
