How to create a PSA? Yes, I have a basic knowledge of what I am doing.

By basic knowledge, I mean I know how to use Project: Smash Attacks and BrawlBox.

So, I would like someone to explain to me how it is you create a new character. How do you make a 3D model, add new textures, etc. Do you just have to edit old characters a lot?

Most PSAs are done with model imports and vertexes

Textures are done by image editors, preferably GIMP
