The files I saved on my SD card are in the format ".bin". How do I convert to a video format?
Thank you.

They aren't video files. They aren't simply a recording of a replay, they are recordings of button input. So, in as simple English, it's not like using a built-in digital camera, but more like:

At 0:01 -- press A
At 0:05 -- press B

etc.

I think he's asking if theres anyway to import these button input replays onto a computer or on to youtube.

Just throwing this out there.
Two alternatives:
Use a USB capture card, which you can get for under $50, and record replays from the Wii.
Use Dolphin to read replays you've saved on your SD card, and record using Fraps or similar.

If you go the Dolphin route, you better have a really beefy system, as Fraps tends to slow things down, and you want it to stay 60 frames a second, right?

Come to think of it Dolphin has an integrated frame capture method (Options > Graphics > Advanced) but it doesn't include sound. However it does have wav dumping (Options > DSP Settings). I think both can be activated at once so you only need to sync audio and video when combining them. If that proves to be problematic, you can try doing an input recording, and record frames and audio separately with two playback sessions.
