How to collect frame data

I have dolphin set up with melee and the hitboxes and stuff, but I don't know how to collect data frame by frame. Does anyone know, or have a guide? Thanks.

if you debug functioning to where you can view hitoxes, you can press start in-game and it will freeze the game. then you can advance a frame by pressing Z. that's how frame data is collected.
