How to add new skins to current characters?

So I have PM and I know:
1. How to replace a skin with another skin
2. Adding an entirely new character is pretty much impossible (without getting deep into the code)

But I want to add another skin to Zelda without replacing any of her current skins, the way Lucas/Yoshi/Fox/etc. each have more than 5 skins. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

You'd want to look into cBliss tool

In short it allows you to expand every character's costume slots to 10 (or whatever number you desire).

Thanks! I found the updated version too. However, I should've said I have RSBJ01 (the japanese version) instead of RSBE01 - do you happen to know if cBliss still works?
