How to access .bsrar?

I run project M via .iso on my PC, and I wanted to insert Melee voice mods. There are guides to do so, but I can't access my .bsrar. I assumed that it's just a file and all I needed to do was access Project M's files after mounting the .iso. But every time i try to open it (after I've mounted), i get errors that it is corrupt.

How do I access the .bsrar? Or am I completely wrong about what I'm doing right now?

I'm not really sure about why you're mounting the iso, but all you should need to do is extract smashbros_sound.brsar using Dolphin or Wiiscrubber, edit in your voice mods using BrawlBox v0.71, then re-insert the .brsar into the iso with Wiiscrubber. At least, that's how I did it--I did something similar.
