How the spirit board events works. 1

You will notice that on the event details, there may be a few spirits set aside above the others advising players these spirits will appear only at certain times. These spirits only appearing at specific times are not the legendary or ace spirits. These are actually the spirits that are only available during the event. It seems that most of the spirits are available randomly at any other time, but not these. I noticed this during the Oh Yeah Mario event currently taking place. During the Fire Emblem Fest Part 1, the spirits only available at certain times were legendary and ace level spirits. During the Oh Yeah Mario Event there is only 1 ace and no legendary. This leads me to believe that per the wording in the event details, the spirits only appearing at certain times, are actually the only exclusive spirits to the event and all the other spirits can be obtained outside of the event randomly when they appear on the spirit board.
