How the heck do I fight Yoshi?

Yoshi is one of the characters I have the most problems with. His frame data is weird, and I don't exactly know how to punish or fight him.

Advice/help?

So I am assuming you use Megaman?
Check out the character boards. There's a section for each character, Megaman included, that should have matchup tips to help you beat Yoshi.

Of course, character matchups aren't going to help if your smash fundamentals are lacking.
