Ok so I decided to finally make this thread.
Here are all the moves that Swordfighter has that can launch Luma
OK now what moves are the best for actually launching Luma.
Well Jabs and D-Tilts are move you are throwing out on neutral regardless of who you are playing so those are going to be used in neutral.
If you grab Rosalina use F-throw or B-Throw depending on where Luma is.
Dash Attack, D-air, and Slash Launcher are always a launch and they have very little start up so using them to launch Luma even if you get punished might be a good idea depending on where Luma is. Slash launcher gets extra attention because the effective input timing of it is the least and you can also do it in the air (granted using it is suicide).
F-air can be used to punish Rosalina's recovery hitting luma for all three hits when she grabs the ledge.

Ground Moves
---Jab 3 - All the Time
---Dash Attack - All the Time
---F-Tilt - 19% or Higher
---Up-Tilt - 15% or Higher
---D-Tilt - 4% or higher
Aerials
---3rd Hit of F-air - All the Time
---B-air - 20% or Higher
---U-air - 4% or Higher
---D-air Landing Hitbox - All the Time
Throws (Be mindful of where Luma is when you grab)
---F-Throw - All the Time (Foot must hit Luma)
---B-Throw - All the Time (Foot must hit Luma)
N-Special
---Gale Strike - (Hard to Test) All the Time?
---Blade Flurry - 7% or Higher
S-Special
---Aerial Assasult - All the Time
---Slash Launcher - All the Time (True to it's name)
U-Special
---First Hit and Third Hit of Stone Scabbard - All the Time (Never do this as the Second hit will never launch Luma)
---Last Hit of Skyward Slash Dance - All the Time
---All Versions of Hero's Spin - All the Time (Aerial has some weird hitboxes on Luma so you won't land it often)
D-Special
---Counter - All the Time
---Sourspot of Power Thrust - All the Time
---Reversal Slash - Beyond Never (If you kill Luma he still stays until Rosalina attacks or Luma gets hit)
