How often does the ultra-smash appear?

Hi
I have one question:
How many times does the ultra-smash appear per round?

I thougt Ive read somewhere the it only spawns one time, but in the new trailer you can see Fox doing is ultra-smash but in the same pictureyou can see zero suit samus.
Is it not, that you only get her when you did the ultra-smash with samus?

i hope somebody can answer me that

And 48, 692 times a match.

That's only a 2 minute one though.

I think only one, but Zero samus can most probably be a selectable character.

Hopefully they will let the player set the frequency of how they appear otherwise one a match would be lame
