How much do you think Brawl will sell?

I think despite the issue of 35 characters in a roster, I still think Brawl will sell because most people who might buy Brawl do not go to these message boards and few people out of the whole potential Brawl fans even know these forums exist.

What are your estimates as to how much Brawl will sell worldwide?

I am guessing at least 3 million copies, which is no where near what the Halo series sold but I don't think Brawl will be a earth-shattering recording breaking best seller.

Please no flames or angry feelings. There are other threads where you can properly discuss how you were disappointed by Sakurai's handling of the roster.

The roster will not do anything to affect Brawl's sales in any way.

Due to the higher userbase of the Wii compared to the GCN, I expect Brawl to beat Melee's lifetime record. I expect 8 million copies of Brawl by the time the Wii dies. This is worldwide though.

I'm not dissapointed...

SO, considering that most people who buy the game hevant seen the full roster, I think Brawl will sell AT LEAST 5-6 million copies. and who knows? it might sell more when it hits the US.
