How Many TVs Should be at a Tournament?

And where are the best places to find the old TVs with no input lag?

Also, are there old TVs that do have input lag? or is it just the Plasmas, etc?

Goodwill will usually have a lot of old crt's if needed for very cheap.
And I'm 99% sure that there aren't any old tv's that would have input lag.

It really depends on a lot of factors. How many entrants are you expecting, how much space do you have, how long is the event? Our local tournaments run very well with 2 TVs per pool with about 20 TVs. We're able to finish 4 events, Melee singles pools and an amateur bracket before 8PM. Which is REALLY good IMO. If we ran a little later we could probably have PM pools too, but most people would rather have it be double elim to save time.
