How many moves can't ness counter with Nair?

I noticed that Ness his nair can counter a lot of moves but i was wondering if there are moves that have more
priority then Ness his nair. So please post the moves that Ness can't counter in the comments below. And with countering i mean clashing without Ness taking damage.

Oh, boy...at this juncture, I'm not sure how reasonable of an undertaking it is to compile a definitive list of every move that has more priority than nair, considering the cast is fifty characters and expanding, each of whom have 13 unique normals and specials (disclaimer: I just did this calculation in my head and did not count custom moves or grabs, so citation needed). Not sure how justifiable the effort would be, either. At the end of the day, your spacing and use of the move is more important than it's priority, always.

Yeeeaaaahhhh that would probably be a task not worth taking up on admittedly. Spacing and timing is more important, but you should keep in mind that Ness nair beats a pretty good chunk of moves. Important things include weak to moderate strength projectiles (lemons, Pikmin), a ton of UpB moves, and command grabs (like Diddy's monkey hump and Ganon's choke).

It does NOT beat things with transcendent priority, disjointed hitboxes, and anti airs (like Wario and Shulk's utilts).

It often trades with other aerials, though there are some that are so fast or have such good hitboxes that I wouldn't challenge them, like Luigi's nair and Villagers turnips.

can we make a list of usmashes that arent cancelled then (if there are)? its an easier task, and many times i try to nair on usmashes to land safely but sometimes i seem to be outprioritized (though its likely bad timing lol)

If we could view hitboxes for this game it would take an hour at best

Reminder that it shouldn't be used so much that you use it too much. The move will stale and thus be hindered worse.
