How is Link for all you E goers

Hey I watched the one video that Link was in. It looked like he improved a lot. His arrows also look good. Do you guys think he will become a high-tier and will his arrows become a important part to link?

Use the official Link thread, as for his improvement, of course he is improved, he has his items from TP, better than OoT items.
