How does Wolf Flash's hitboxes work?

I was trying to figure out how the hitboxes in Wolf Flash (Side-B custom) work, but it seems really inconsistent. It can meteor smash and can knock people upwards, but I have no idea on how to pull off a specific knockback - in fact, I don't even know if it can be manipulated. Does anybody have knowledge that can help me?

May I direct you to the Custom Moveset Discussion thread? It's technically for devising the sets for use in EVO but it's used as the spot for general discussion of Fox's customs too. Please ask questions pertaining to questions there, and direct general questions to the General Discussion thread.
To answer your question, hit them in the top half of their hurtbox to spike. Basically, end the move above them but touching them. I don't believe the KB is directed downward if they are standing on the ground, but I haven't tested it.

Thank you. I'm not used at all to navigating in the Character sub-groups, so that's one more thing to remember. Definitely going to test that out.
