How does Samus lose the Ganon MU?

Its widely accepted assessment is 40/60, in Ganondorf's favour; which is quite perplexing. Samus has projectiles, fast tilts and fast smash attacks; she also has aerials with little lag. What's more, Ganondorf has a linear recovery that is easy to edgeguard. He also has nothing to approach safely with (which is, I imagine, very unpropitious for a character when against Samus, given the defensive/reactive nature of her typically opted for neutral game). Conclusively, the difference between Ganon's and Samus's range almost seems negligible.

Those of you who agree with the accepted evaluation of the match up (Ganon's favour), please, do explain your reasoning.

Samus doesn't lose the Ganon matchup. Watch Plup.

"unpropitious" is a great word 10/10

I actually don't think it's that bad for Samus, but there are reasons some people believe she loses the matchup. From what I've collected, 1 is Ganon's uair which is pretty good for juggling Samus, and 2 is it's easy for Ganon to kill your rockets so they're not very useful.

But really, just get him off the stage and he's the easiest character to edgeguard ever.

Gannon doesn't care about projectiles and can kill samus early which is a big issue for samus. It's not awful but I feel like gannon has a sleight edge.

Ganon can jab and fair through missiles. If he Dairs on Samus's shield, he normally has enough time to followup with jabs which are quick. His Uair juggles Samus. And he basically neutralizes Samus's greatest strength, which is her ability to survive longer than other characters, with ganon's attacks that got alot of knockback.

Kills off grabs, this MU is shiek and bowser put together and imo its a hella annoying. Late fair on shield is safe for ganon into jab, deff need to watch his pressure and know when to wd out of it. Right at the wavedash into ftilt range ganon can catch you with a down b that kills hella early. His auto cancel up airs on yoshis just make that stage a nightmare on top of the small blastzones. If you lose your grapple, imo you are dead in the water off stage because of tommy tipman up air and that dirty ass dair. Its just hard to approach with anything when ganon is tossing out retreating fairs or walling out with bairs. (You asked how samus could lose the MU so i just posted the bad parts or well what ganon does well)
