alright well im practising with luigi but it seems theres one tech i dont know and i WANT to know it BAD. how do i make luigi's \/B go upwards instead of going down or horizontaly since it looks to be an awsome recovery move when your close to the edge or to use as a surprise attack for Meteor whores.

it is all about your upward momentum. The easiest way to use the move to its fullest is to do it immediately after your 2nd jump (or 1st jump for that matter) and hit down-b while continuing to mash the b button afterwards. You should move upwards a considerable distance.

I do my green missle to get close to the stage and then 2nd jump into the tornado. If you still need distance you can up-b. The b button gets alot of work while trying to get luigi to the stage.

Yeah, that's pretty much all you have to do. It can be a little hard to get a considerable amount of distance, but its still quite affective.

After you do one tornado to recover, doin a second really doesn't work for recovery

Yea but as shOOs said remember to do a jump and right after it (almost immediately) hit down B and keep mashing. That way, because of momentum, you will be able to cover more vertical distance.

If you do as shOOs and locuan128 say, the technique shouldn't be hard at all. Once he gets that jumping momentum you don't even have to press b that much for him to get some pretty good upward range on the tornado.

Looks like everyones covered it, but just in case you didn't know, you can only use it for the boost once before landing (not sure about grabbing the ledge)
