I got the application and created the gcf file and everything but how do i set the stuff up so that it will hack the game?

No it doesn't. You have to download the Twilight Hack and install it into your Wii.

Then you have to install the Homebrew channel on you Wii.

I have a problem using Ocarina as well. I got Ocarina to load on the Homebrew Channel, and it can find the .GCT file. It says it activates the codes on the code list, but it doesn't affect the game at all. I'm pretty sure my GCT file is right. I fill in the blanks for the cheat code editor, and answer yes to the box that pops up. I export it and there is a code folder on my SD card.

Yes, I did.
