Um...there's not really a trick to it. You full jump, uair, fall down, double-jump, and uair again. You could also double jump partway through the top platform, nair, and drop back down out of attack range.

Make sure you do the first uair as early as possible. The sooner you do the first uair after jumping, the sooner you are out of lag and can do a second jump. This is how Mew2King is able to actually land on the top plat of Yoshi's Story with his DJ while doing the second uair. It can be hard to uair that quickly without tap jumping by accident, so just keep practicing.
