How do you replace CSS in 3.6b?

Ever since the release of 3.6b I've noticed that the common5.pac isn't the same as it was in past versions. That was what I was using to change CSS portraits so I'm wondering how to change them now in 3.6b. Does anyone know how to do this?

sc_selcharacter.pac to be more precise. Just open that with brawlbox
