Everything i tried does not work. Every app i try does not load it. I'm trying to load form a USB. Can anyone help

how do you play a project m iso on a wii

You need to have the correct cIOSes installed. See these guides for information on installing cIOSes. Make sure to back up your Wii using BootMii or similar, before attempting these installations.
Once those are installed, you'll need a USB loader app to actually load the game. I use USB Loader GX myself.
