How do you make BRSAR files?

So I want to add a character call over Pit using Super Sawndz but I need a BRSAR file how do you make one?

Look for one on the internet, or extract it from your ISO using Dolphin. The file is named "smashbros_sound.brsar".

Once you have the brawl brsar, import the name call .sawnd located inside project M's files.
Then replace pit's and re-export.

Same difference. As Xermo said, just import in the PM sawnd file (223.sawnd is the announcer, I believe), and then make your changes.
