His down smash is the most reliable way of KOing opponents at a high percentage. I've always been a fan of the forward smash, but don't use it haphazardly because it has a lot of lag.

Smash Ace
Down-angled f-smash is GREAT at getting people recovering low (except a few exceptions like Ike obviously). That wonky hitbox catches a lot.
