How do you improve your lows?

Most days I have alright movement and punishes and lose to plenty of people by one stock. On good days, I manage to make better decisions, play faster, and can beat plenty of those that I just couldn't before. On bad days, I get stuck in my movement and lose my punish game entirely, and get three/four stocked by the same people.

How can I get my lows as good as my highs? I want to be able to move as well and play as fast as I do on a good day but consistently. I usually have mids or lows during tournaments but rarely highs.

Stay in good health (sleep, eat, and exercise well) and play a nontechnical character so your mistakes cost you less

For me, I know that I do not always mentally want to play. If I'm having a bad day or am overwhelmed with work and try to play people a lot of times I do poorly because my head isn't in the game. Not sure if that's related to you though

If your going to play mids and lows I suggest having a high as secondary.Just like @EPsion933 said make sure you get sleep, eat and exercise.Atleast get a minimum of 2hours of practice in each day

As you practice your highs and lows will both increase, but you're never going to get rid of "bad days"
