How do you get the Master Hand and Crazy Hand trophies?

There are no trophy stands in classic or boss battles, so how do you get these? Are they a challange, or random coin launcher trophies?

Crazy HandI believe is a normal trophy. Though he might be on the challenges screen.
Master Hand, you get for beating classic with 20 characters.

crazy hand is in the challenge menu, bottom left corner... sorry, i dont remember HOW to unlock him...



You get the trophy for beating classic on intense :p
