How do you get the 20XX pack on a physical copy?

I have started looking at all the features the 20XX pack comes with and I really want to use it, I'm not sure how though.

Incorrect, you can burn this to a Mini DVD-R and load it on a gamecube that's either softmodded or hardmodded (through a modchip). Works fine, I have done it multiple times. Also you can load the burned disc on a modded Wii as well.
