How do you edit/hack the music in Melee?

For the last few days I've just been downloading a few texture hacks for Melee and I would like to edit the music too. One thing specifically I would like to do it change the Onett music to a certain .brstm file I have. The programs I use are MeleeToolkitv1.03 and GCR_1.0.

I would recommend googling this problem rather than waiting for someone to tell you how to do it

I've tried. It keeps giving me results for Brawl.
