How do you do the down B attack where you attack in the direction you are facing?

The trick to this is understanding that the DC is segmented, like Pikachu's Up-B; so, to throw an attack facing the same direction, assuming you're facing right, flick it right, then immidiately back to the left. Based on your timing, it's possible to move forward or backward slightly when you attack.
