How Do You Deal with an Evasive Sonic?

before anyone tests it I URGE you to prove it with frame data. If you cant provide real evidence that it is escapable dont bother, it takes a bit of practice, i know it took me about an hour to get the timing down properly to get him before spot dodges. if your friend/brother manages to escape it youre going to need frame data proof that sonic was doing it properly.
