How do you change announcer clips in Project M 3.5?

I'm trying to change an announcer call in Project M (trying to change the announcer from saying Olimar to Duck Hunt Duo) but I don't know how to change the calls. Can anybody help me? From what I understand, I put a downloaded smashbros_sounds.brsar into the sfx folder? But then I don't know what to do after that. Can anybody help me please?
