How do you change a URL to a png file?

I need to use this for a CSP/CSS

The character icons. I right click, click properties, and I tried putting it into "Notepad" and renaming the extension .png but when I opened the .png file it said like it is a corrupted file and something else.

So...title. If anyone can help me; thanks in advance.

Right click -> Save Image As
