How Do I use bin2jpg?

I've tried all the other online converters but they don't seem to work, or rather, I don't seem to figure how to get them to work. So I got bin2jpg, sadly when I open the .exe s they just close and I have no clue on how to do this kind of stuff.

I have the screenshots in the sam directory as the bin2jpg.

I'd really appreciate some help (:

I Figured out how...
Opened the .bat file wrote out the name of my screenshot, I was prompted what to open it with and browsed for .bat file again.
