How do I practice/perfect tech chase chaingrabs?

I can't always play with actual people. Is there any practical way to practice this?

Also, any other really important Sheik tech would be greatly appreciated.

Get 20XX and fight a CPU. If the P2 CPU is used, they'll have random DI, random getup options, and wakeup shine. Super useful for getting learning tech chasing on reaction.
