How do I make it so I have the option to select different textures for the same char

Hello, I was wondering how to make it so I have the option to select different textures for the same character because I have both cloud and naruto textures for ike and I was wondering how I can play as them without having to restart my game and move files around.

...Just switch costumes at the CSS? Or if you're talking about movesets, then that isn't possible yet.
