How do I make a Lylat Cruise mod not tilt?

In Project M the Lylat Cruise stage doesn't tilt. How can I make it so that other Lylat Cruise stages don't tilt?

Thanks! I actually saw that bone for the animation but I didn't think it could be the right one since the name didn't match the bone. I'll test it out to see if that guy's theory is correct.

I used it that info to make See-Saw Cruise. Pretty sure it's correct.
