some people just Assume jump on Y, all aerials with c-stick (excluding nair) and shield, airdodge & L-cancel with L
but most of the time (or at least I think so its not the case. A player usually has alot of "hidden" inputs, DI/SDI and shield tilting. Not to mention everything that is going on in their heads during the match. This video is simply an estimate of how much is happening on the hands of the player.

this makes me so confused because when I'm practicing FC Nair with peach or wave shine with fox they're these specific inputs that you have to learn and later thank (you know because the "specific" inputs are hard at first but once you master them, they waste less effort and are more efficient)

- Titles the thread with a question
- Doesn't have a question.
- ????

yes, the video is innacurate. They didn't include any sort of DI but only because that would be so hard to track

the question is
How do I know which inputs are most efficient?
Some inputs make more sense than others, regarding technical ease and the raw distance between buttons. Using Y is generally considered the most efficient method of multishining, for example, because it's closer to B than X is. But that doesn't mean it's the best way for you. C-stick is more efficient for aerials as you already know. You should just stick to what works best for you.
