How do I install a custom character moveset?

I decided to download this custom PSA for Marth, and I got a FitMarth.pac and a MarthFitMotionEtc.pac file. What exactly am I supposed to do with the latter? I know I'm supposed to put the first one under /pf/Fighters, but I have no clue as to where the other one goes.

Also, I'm using Brawl- if that changes anything.
