How Do I get Waluigi To Be Playable and On to the CSS

I downloaded PM+BrawlEx, and on the CSS Ridley was added to the roster, but Waluigi wasn't. I checked on Brawlbox and it had Waluigi's MiscData and Cosmetics as 121, but he doesn't show up like Ridley does. Do I have to configure with it or something???

I think they removed waluigi from the PMeX download? Anyhow, you could probably add him by following the PMeX (aka PM+brawlex) guide on adding characters
