How do I get the Brawl files?

I downloaded a Super smash bros brawl PAL ISO, but how do I get the files ripped from the ISO, I need them to make Brawl hacks, and, if possible, how do I put them back into the ISO?

You ... downloaded ... an iso. I think you meant to say that you ... dumped your official copy of super smash bros. brawl onto your computer and used command prompt to convert the bin to ... an iso.
