How do I get my snapshots into pictures?

Can someone teach me quickly how to convert snapshots from brawl into picture files on the computer? I want to get some shots up of something but I dunno how to get them out of .bins and into something I can actually view.

(and yes I saw that stickied thread but apparently the links fail cause the site when boom)
