How do I get faster at reading?

I have never been a good reader. My third grade teacher thought I was dyslexic, and asked if I was. I read at 182 WPM, and even still my comprehension isn't that great. Long story short, I sub vocalize a **** ton and re-read at least 2 pages worth of text each chapter.

You need to get in the habit of not subvocalizing. That slows down reading rate considerably. I used to do that as well.
