How do I get 37 custom stages to play music?

I have the 37 custom stage expansion pack, I've played on the custom stages, and they work fine.

I applied the music code so the custom stages could have their own tracks, but when I'm in the custom stages the tracks won't play.

Trying to use file names like 0000AAAA.bstrm in both the strm, and sfx folder has not helped.
What do I name the song files, and where do I put them?
Is there another program I need to download that can help with this?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I could not find the thread where this was addressed, except for the one that provided the code to play music on the custom stages with their own tracks.

By the way I'm using gecko os, not riivolution. Does that make a difference?
Just to be clear it's the phantom wingz 2.0 pack.
