How do i get 3 stock to be set as default! and other codes

Ive been looking everywhere for a way to get 3 stock to be default, to get a longer replay time, and to take out tripping
How do I do this without downloading brawl+ or balanced brawl or something??

and also, how do i get the wifi waiting room stage??
