I go to the eshop I go to smash I go to list of dlc but it when I tap on ryu or any dlc for that matter it does nothing. So I ask where do I download him. and yes this is my first time downloading dlc for 3ds. so I don't know

Anyone??? I see people viewing this topic but not replying. come I updated my 3ds for his

okay never mind I'm dumb.
