How do I do multi-flag(elements Fire/Ice for example) attacks?

Heloo, I saw wackalpacka's video on how to change flags. and I want to give some of my characters multiple flags. He said that you guys said to just "add it on" but I have no idea how to do that. I've asked all over at KKMM and they don't seem to know, so I'm asking here since that's where I originally heard the idea from. Here's the flags I want to make if it helps.

Ice/Electric
Fire/Electric
Stun/Fire
Darkness/Fire
Darkness/electric

Additional notes if it helps:
I am using the latest versions of Project smash Attacks and am inbetween beginner and intermediate skill level with it. The characters I'm working with are Zelda, Zero Suit Samus, and Peach.
