How do I deal with Lucas?

One of my friends has become a Lucas main and his play style annoys me so much.
I have beaten him before, but I would like to know the best character and routine for fighting an aggressive Lucas player who camps and counters a lot.

Lucas is really really good at punishing random mistakes super hard. Stay focused, do safe stuff, shield a lot and go aggressive when he is in the air. Keep yourself at a mid distance. Far enough that he can't hit you, but close enough he can't safe use PKFire.
